President Tapas cheeses offer four different types of top quality Spanish cheeses that differ in the type of milk they are made from and the length of ripening.
Tierno (semi-hard full-fat cow's, goat's and sheep's cheese): Pasteurized cow's milk (min. 50%), pasteurized goat's milk (min. 30%), pasteurized sheep's milk (min. 5%), salt, hardener: calcium chloride; dairy cultures, rennet. Semicurado (semi-hard full-fat cow's, goat's and sheep's cheese): Pasteurized cow's milk (min. 71%), pasteurized goat's milk (min. 7%), pasteurized sheep's milk (min. 7%), salt, hardener: calcium chloride; rennet, dairy cultures. The protective coating contains preservatives E 202 and E 235. Curado (semi-hard full-fat cow and sheep cheese): Pasteurized cow's milk (min. 45%), pasteurized sheep's milk (min. 40%), salt, dairy cultures, hardener: calcium chloride; rennet. The protective coating contains preservatives E 202 and E 235. Manchego Viejo (semi-hard full-fat sheep's cheese): Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, hardener: calcium chloride; rennet, dairy cultures. The protective coating contains preservatives E 202 and E 235.
