Cut into cubes President Ribanac SNACK is ready for a cheese plate or a gourmet snack on the go. This premium extra hard cheese made from cow's milk has been produced in Bjelovar's Sirela for more than 60 years. Its main feature is its long maturation, from one to two years. Only then does it become grainy, hard and brittle. Although hard, it melts in your mouth. Its aroma is full, sweet, with a distinct fruity admixture. As much as 15 liters of the highest quality fresh milk are needed to produce one kilogram of Ribanc. It has been labeled Original Croatian since 2004.
