President Gouda is a semi-hard full-fat cheese produced from cow's milk. Produced from the highest quality milk and under the constant supervision of master cheesemakers, President gouda has a slightly sour taste, and as it matures, it acquires a sweet and fine spicy aroma. As time passes, the flavor intensifies and becomes more complex.
