InstructionsTo cooked or stewed dishes (soups, sauces, rice, vegetable and meat dishes) add 1 teaspoon of Vegeta (3 g) per 250 ml (1 meal) 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Meat and fish according to personal taste, season with Vegeta before baking.
