Carefully roasted, peeled and ground pepper in Bakina Tajna ajvar completely preserves all its aromatic and nutritious properties, because no sugars, preservatives or additives are added to it. In combination with first-class, hand-picked vegetables, traditional delicacies are created - pinđur, ljutenica or ajvar with eggplant, in which the taste and smell of traditional paprika products are preserved from oblivion. By adding olive oil instead of sunflower oil and Himalayan salt instead of ordinary salt, a perfectly balanced natural combination of tastes was obtained in the form of ajavar with olive oil.
