Instructions1 cup of rice requires 3 cups of water. Pour the rice into boiling salted water. Cover and cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes. Do not stir during cooking. Drain excess water and serve rice. Quantity of raw rice for one person: for soups 20-30 g, as a side dish 60-70 g, for main dishes 80-100 g.
