InstructionsFor each cup of raw rice, take 3 cups of water. Pour the rice into boiling salted water and cook uncovered on low heat for 12-15 minutes. Do not stir the rice while cooking. If you wish, you can cook the rice in a larger amount of water by draining the rest of the water after cooking. Quantity of raw rice for one person: for soups 20-30 g, as a side dish 60-70 g, for main dishes 80-100 g.
