Winter salami is prepared according to the original recipe of Gavrilović's old masters from the highest quality pieces of pork. The only original Gavrilović Winter Salami from 1883. Cold-smoked on beech wood, it matures for 3 months, during which the famous noble mold develops. The excess noble mold is brushed by hand after maturation.
