from quality pieces of pork and beef, prepared according to the original recipe of the old Gavrilović masters. Tea sausage got its name in the mid-19th century in the small Baltic town of Rügenwalde. The name "tea sausage" is derived directly from the habit of serving sandwiches prepared from that sausage at the same time as the tea was served.
