It is produced respecting the requirements of halal with selected spices, traditionally smoked on beech wood. Prepared according to the original recipe of Gavrilović's old masters. This product has been produced in Gavrilović for more than 20 years according to the traditional recipe from selected, high-quality beef and solid fatty tissue, which in harmony with selected spices create one of Gavrilović's best products. It is a uniform darker red color, enriched with a mild garlic flavor and permeated with a mild smell of smoke. Sudzuk is produced respecting the requirements of halal standards. The official halal label of the Center for Halal Quality Certification in Croatia proves this on the label.
The name sudzuk comes from the Turkish word "sunduk" which means home-made sausage.
