InstructionsIn one liter of liquid add 1.5g (1/2 1 teaspoon) of preservative.When canning fruit (jam, jelly, etc.) Boil fruit or juice, add 1/2 teaspoon of preservative after cooking, stir, fill jars, close jars , turn them to stand for up to 15 minutes, turn again and leave to cool. When canning vegetables: It is best to add a preservative to the boiled infusion (water, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices), stir and thus pour over the vegetables arranged in jars. Close the jars and, if desired, pasteurize or sterilize.
